Missing Items / Incorrect Items
In order for us to take action, any item missing or incorrect item from your order must be reported to Guardian Pool Fence within 10 days of the order’s receipt. Contents of the package must be identified through physical inspection and not through accounting of packing slip.
Guardian Pool Fence guarantees satisfaction. We will refund the purchase price – 20% restocking fee of any in-stock item that the buyer is not satisfied with. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Please note returned items are subject to the original shipping charges deducted (an adjustment for actual shipping charges from a promotional, discounted offer will be applied to the original purchase). We must receive the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Items not received in the same condition will have additional fees deducted to recover the cost of returning the item to resellable condition or discounted sale. Custom-made items, special ordered items, or electrical parts may not be returned.

We offer 6 years limited warranty against all manufacturing defects. Guardian Pool Fence will not be responsible for any charges or damages incurred in the removal of the defective parts for repair, or the re-installation of these parts after repair. Warranties shall be considered void if damage to the product(s) was due to improper installation, improper use, or if the damage was caused by outside forces or acts of God.
It is expressly agreed that our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
Advanced Replacement Warranted Goods Return Policy
Items returned for credit when an advanced replacement has been sent, will be inspected for warranty authorization. Defective items will be credited back to the customer upon approval. All goods that have been found to not be defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.
